Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins by performing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Assist in make-ready through painting, drywall repairs, patching holes, and sanding as needed.
• Respond to resident/management work orders for occupied and vacant units and perform routine maintenance.
• Operate machinery and perform tasks safely in accordance with procedures.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting curbs and signage.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; support other communities when needed.
• Work on-call as scheduled, including weekends and overtime as necessary.
