Dayrise Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician in Georgia to prepare vacant and leased units for occupancy. The role requires coordinating with the Community Manager, performing repairs, painting touch-ups and ensuring a safe, welcoming home for new residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management, with carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge. A HS diploma or GED is required; HVAC cert is a plus. E-Verify participation and benefit details apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform carpentry, electrical and basic plumbing repairs.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus and HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental units meet company standards before occupancy.
• Install tile and minor drywall repairs, touch-up paint.
• Patch or replace carpet and assist maintenance team.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
