Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Make Ready technician to restore vacant units to market-ready status and perform general maintenance of interior and exterior areas. This role emphasizes safety and customer service while supporting property operations.

The candidate should have general maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and must provide their own hand tools. Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible overtime; on-site work in a multifamily community.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, replacements, and upkeep of interior and exterior property areas.
• Restore vacant units to market-ready status in a timely manner.
• Identify and report hazards and support safety compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and document activities.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools and equipment.
