Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Make ReadyTech to perform a variety of duties related to the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our multifamily properties. You will handle trash outs, full-unit painting, general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), and maintain documentation of maintenance activities.

This full-time, on-site role in El Paso comes with competitive hourly pay ($14.00–$16.00), ongoing training, PTO, holidays, a 401K plan, health/dental/vision insurance, and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength for manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform trash outs and clean ups of make ready units.
• Perform full painting on make ready units.
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, resurfacing).
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds.
