• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues.
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds.
