TAM Residential in Houston, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician (The Link) to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants by cleaning, maintaining, and repairing units to meet safety and quality standards. You will perform unit prep, cleaning, maintenance, and documentation, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with housing codes.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or property maintenance preferred.
• Experience with painting, flooring installation, and basic carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units with thorough cleaning and basic repairs to meet standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry as needed.
• Complete checklists and ensure safety and compliance for occupancy.
