Job summary

CSC Management in El Paso is seeking a Make Ready Tech responsible for maintenance, repairs, and preparing units for new tenants. You will perform trash outs, painting, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, and keep accurate maintenance records.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, the ability to work independently, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength for manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform trash outs and clean ups of make ready units.
• Perform full painting on make ready units.
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, resurfacing and more in make ready units.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds.
