Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Make Ready team member for Creekside Reserve to assist in maintenance, cosmetic, and routine tasks to ensure units meet standards before new residents move in. Responsibilities include repairs, painting, appliance installation, responding to work orders, and keeping accurate records while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety regulations; offers a full rewards package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks and make-ready processes to meet property standards.
• Repair/replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, and check plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to resident/management requests and process work orders promptly.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests, inventory, and safety procedures.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily operations.
