Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready status in a timely manner and according to the manager's timetable. The role involves inspecting units, performing repairs, installing backsplash, replacing fixtures, painting, carpeting, and assisting with trash-out and move-ins while upholding safety and quality standards.

English communication is essential; a valid driver's license is required; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work on call and extended hours including weekends.
• Self-motivated and able to work individually and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, fixtures, and hardware as needed.
• Inspect and address appliances and plumbing issues.
• Assist with painting, tiling, cleaning, and trash-out tasks.
• Support on-call and emergency maintenance as directed.
