Job summary

You will caulk, seal, inspect sheetrock, perform touch-up painting, maintain common areas, and support safety programs while delivering timely, courteous service to residents.

Qualifications

• Performs repairs and improvements to apartment homes to meet make-ready standards.
• Maintains safety by attending training and following OSHA policies.
• Delivers courteous customer service and responds to resident questions and concerns.
• Inspects and repairs sheetrock, caulking, sealing and lighting fixtures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready checklist and required maintenance documentation.
• Paint touch-ups and general cleaning of vacant and occupied units when directed.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to Greystar safety policies.
