The Kelley at Samuels Avenue in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Make-Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing essential repairs, painting, caulking, and touch-ups to meet Greystar standards.

You will support the Service Supervisor and Community Manager, complete the make-ready checklist, and maintain common areas while upholding safety policies and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to vacant apartment homes per the make-ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Paint touch-ups for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; trash removal and curb/area painting as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies, attend trainings, and document work orders promptly.
