Job summary

Asset Living in Lexington, KY is seeking a Make Ready technician to support maintenance and make-ready processes for our properties. You will assist in completing corrective, routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and help with special projects as needed.

Daily on-site work includes ensuring units meet standards before residents move in, repairing fixtures, painting, installing appliances, checking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; understands on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine and cosmetic maintenance and pool maintenance; keep logs.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community and common areas; follow safety practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
