Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Make Ready professional to support maintenance operations across multifamily communities. You will assist with corrective, preventative and cosmetic tasks, ensuring units meet property standards before new residents move in and coordinating with the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to work orders, and maintaining safe, organized work areas while keeping detailed records. A strong focus on customer service and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Basic on-site software proficiency required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes to meet property standards.
• Inspect and prepare units for new residents, including repairs and cosmetic work.
• Support in scheduling maintenance/turn events and upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain safety practices and keep accurate records of service requests and logs.
