Greystar in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance / Janitorial Associate to uphold the cleanliness and curb appeal of vacant homes, leasing offices, and amenity spaces. You will clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, and show units daily, ensuring market-ready showings.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common‑area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily.
• Ensures vacancy show units remain market-ready throughout the day.
• Assists in make‑ready tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Informs supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies when re-orders are needed.
