Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Porter/Make Ready in Pasadena, TX to prepare apartments for market readiness and maintain grounds and common areas. The role focuses on turning over units, cleaning, and providing excellent resident service, with opportunities to assist the maintenance team and address safety concerns.

The position supports the property team, participating in cleaning, trash removal, and light maintenance tasks to keep the community welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
