Job summary

Tarantino Properties in Houston, TX is hiring a Make Ready to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turnover repairs and improvements. You will maintain grounds and common areas, provide excellent resident service, and help keep the community neat and welcoming.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions, with 1+ years of maintenance/custodial experience preferred.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
