Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. in Houston, TX is hiring a Porter / Make Ready to prep vacant apartments for market readiness. You will perform turn-over repairs, perform cleaning, and assist the maintenance team.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will provide excellent resident service and help maintain clean, safe common areas across the property.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
