Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking Groundskeepers / Porters to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal at our apartment communities in the Houston, Texas area.

You will keep properties clean, pick up trash, and assist the maintenance team with light tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for residents. Ideal candidates have custodial or maintenance exposure, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with others.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
