The ideal candidate has 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
