The role focuses on turning over units, cleaning, and providing excellent resident service, with opportunities to assist the maintenance team and address safety concerns.

The position supports the property team, participating in cleaning, trash removal, and light maintenance tasks to keep the community welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
