Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to support on-site operations and ensure all vacant homes are ready for residents. You will perform repairs from drywall to appliances, and participate in snow removal and general maintenance, while maintaining a professional appearance and strong resident communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC is preferred but training may be provided.
• HVAC Certification or experience is preferred but training may be available.
• Must possess own tools and maintain a professional appearance.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and teammates.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software and apps.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn process on schedule to meet move-in deadlines, including drywall, painting, caulking, and grouting.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, windows; perform carpentry and tile work as needed.
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
