Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred, including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• HVAC certification or experience preferred but training available.
• Own tools and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn process to meet move-in deadlines.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, disposals, entry locks, windows; carpentry and tile work.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal when required.
