Edward Rose & Sons is hiring a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team in Lincoln, NE. You will restore vacant apartments to market-ready condition, complete turns, repair appliances, and handle basic carpentry and drywall tasks to ensure timely move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repair; HVAC preferred but training available.
• HVAC certification or experience preferred; willingness to train.
• Own tools and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication with residents and team; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn process on time to meet move-in deadlines; drywall, painting, caulking, grouting.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, disposals, locks, windows; carpentry and tile work.
