Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team in Belleville, MI. The role focuses on restoring vacant apartments to market-ready condition and completing all aspects of the turnover process to support timely move-ins.

Responsibilities include repairing appliances and fixtures, drywall, painting, carpentry, and basic tile work, with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical is preferred.
• Possess own tools.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn process to meet move-in deadlines (drywall, painting, caulking, grouting).
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, disposals, entry locks, windows; carpentry and ceramic tile work.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
