Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons in Springfield, MO is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team and help ensure a positive experience for residents by preparing homes for move-in.

You will perform drywall repairs, painting, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, while coordinating with supervisors. Candidates should have tools, a valid driver’s license, and be ready to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance preferred; willing to train.
• HVAC certification or experience preferred; willing to train.
• Own tools and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn, drywall repairs, painting, caulking and grouting.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, locks, windows and carpentry/tiles.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
