Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team in Fond du Lac, WI. You will help ensure each vacant apartment is restored to market-ready status and completed on schedule to meet move-in deadlines.

The role involves drywall repairs, painting, caulking, appliance repair, and basic carpentry. Candidates should be comfortable with residents, possess own tools, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance preferred but training may be provided.
HVAC certification or experience preferred.
Must own basic tools and maintain professional appearance.
Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
Basic computer skills and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Restore vacant apartments to market-ready status.
Complete full vacant turn process on time to meet move-in deadlines.
Repair or replace appliances, faucets, and fixtures; perform carpentry and tile work.
Complete administrative paperwork as needed.
Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
