Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will restore vacant apartments to market-ready status and complete the full turn to meet move-in deadlines, including drywall, painting, caulking, and grout work.

The role requires experience in building maintenance (drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry), owning your own tools, and the ability to communicate professionally with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring preferred.
• Must possess own tools and maintain professional appearance.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn process to meet move-in deadlines including drywall repairs, painting, caulking and grouting.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, windows and perform carpentry and ceramic tile installation.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal, as required.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
