You deliver a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our signature service. You are solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing and electrical installations, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
• Flexible in on-call availability on a rotational basis seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
• Committed to maintaining the community appearance to the Gables Standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC repairs, plumbing and electrical installations across the community.
• Perform general repairs to ensure a positive living experience for residents.
• Maintain the community appearance and ensure vacant/occupied homes meet standards.
