Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Essential responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready processes for vacant units, material management, and documenting requests while helping maintain grounds and common areas to uphold Greystar's service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including inspections and punch lists.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris.
