Job summary

NorthPoint Development LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to help maintain a welcoming, well-kept residential community. You will support the service team with appliance installations, unit turns and general duties, while keeping common areas, pool, and exterior spaces clean and safe for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-service oriented mindset. Weekend work and flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and varied schedule.
• CPO or pool experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community clean and debris-free in amenity spaces and common areas.
• Assist service team with appliance installations, unit turns and general duties.
• Clean the pool area and deck; wash and maintain as needed.
• Service the pool, check chemicals, remove debris.
• Maintain exterior to exceed apartment living standards.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
