Job summary

NorthPoint Development in Kansas City is seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our team. You will help maintain welcoming amenity spaces, assist the Service Team with appliance installs and unit turns, and contribute to keeping pools and common areas in top condition.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a strong service mindset. Prior caretaking or janitorial experience is a plus, and you must be willing to work weekends and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in customer service.
• Willing to work weekends and varied schedule.
• CPO or pool experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Team player and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community clean and debris-free.
• Assist Service Team with appliance installations, unit turns and other general duties.
• Clean the pool area, remove trash, straighten pool furnishings, wash pool deck.
• Service the pool, including checking chemicals and debris removal.
• Maintain the exterior of the community to exceed apartment living standards.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas, breezeways, and buildings.
• Perform any other tasks as required.
