Job summary

NorthPoint Development is seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our team. You will help prepare apartment homes by performing cleaning, maintenance, and basic service tasks in common areas and units.

The role requires a strong customer-service orientation, reliability, and the ability to work weekends. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to collaborate with the service team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or related training.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Background in excellent customer service.
• Willing to work weekends and a varied schedule.
• CPO or pool experience a plus.
• Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on with a strong service orientation.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Able to work collaboratively or independently.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community clean and free of debris in amenity spaces.
• Assist Service Team with appliance installations, unit turns, and general duties.
• Clean pool area, remove trash, straighten furnishings, and wash the pool deck.
• Service the pool: check chemicals, debug, remove debris.
• Maintain the exterior to exceed apartment living standards.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas, breezeways, and buildings.
• Perform any other tasks as required.
