Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet safety and quality standards. The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, and inspections to prepare vacant homes for leasing.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing per policy, inventory tracking, documentation of service requests, and supporting safety initiatives on site.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs building systems per policies and safety standards.
• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing via make-ready tasks and inspections.
• Tracks inventory and returns unused items to storage; notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately; supports safety programs.
