Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently prepare vacant apartments for market-ready move-ins. The role involves performing carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks, plus lock work and timely completion of service requests.

You should be punctual, dependable, a self-starter, and able to multitask in a team environment; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. A flexible on-call schedule is expected.

Responsibilities
