Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to support Oasis at Plum Creek in Kyle, TX. The role involves performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance to prepare vacant apartments for market-ready move-ins.

We value punctuality, dependability and the ability to multitask within a busy on-site team. The position offers competitive pay, monthly bonuses, benefits after 30 days, and a range of employee perks including tuition reimbursement and paid time

Qualifications

• Must be punctual, dependable and able to take initiative.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several maintenance requests simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with residents and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain adherence to company safety standards.
