Highmark Residential in Madelyn Oaks, FL is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently complete maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins.

You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance work; install and rekey locks; respond to service requests; and uphold safety standards. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
