Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech at The Grove Veridian in the United States. The role focuses on efficiently performing maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins, with opportunities for career progression and competitive compensation.

You will handle carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks, install/debolt locks, and ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining safety standards.
