Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance work across the apartment community. You will install and rekey deadbolt locks, complete service requests promptly, and participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance programs while upholding safety standards.
