Job summary

Highmark Residential, Windsong Apartments, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with resident functions while contributing to the community preservation plan.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
