Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech at Oasis at Plum Creek in Kyle, TX to efficiently perform maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins. You will handle carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, install locks, and ensure safety standards while supporting on-call flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and grounds care.

• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
