Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently complete maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins. You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing and lock rekey duties while upholding safety standards.

• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain company safety standards.
