Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently prepare vacant apartments for market-ready move-ins. You’ll perform multi-trade maintenance and ensure safety standards are met, contributing to a positive resident experience.

Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge across trades (carpentry, painting, plumbing).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and on‑call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain company safety standards.
