Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Sawyer Flats to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and related tasks across the community. You will work on many trades to keep the property in top condition and respond to resident needs.

You will install and rekey deadbolt locks, complete service requests promptly, participate in preventive maintenance, and uphold safety standards while benefiting from bonus opportunities and a rental discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter who works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
