Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an apartment community in Alabama. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
