Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to grow our HCM solutions within a geographic territory. You will manage a book of business, drive new opportunities, and engage executives on ADP’s suite of 40+ products.

You’ll spend your time in the field, building relationships, forecasting pipeline, and closing deals. ADP provides ongoing training, competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales.
• Military experience — teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a “never lose” mentality.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within your geography.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and drive cross-sell opportunities.
