Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to sell human resources technology to mid-market organizations within a defined territory. You will manage the full sales cycle and forecast your pipeline, supported by ADP’s training and technology to help you succeed.

You will lead strategic discussions with executives, build relationships across client organizations, and drive adoption of ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales
• Military experience is valued
• College degree not required; strong track record matters more

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals in your territory.
• Execute a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and develop cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal partners, and networks.
• Collaborate with teams to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deployment.
