ADP in Honolulu is seeking a Major Accounts District Manager to lead strategic sales across a defined territory, selling cloud-based HCM solutions to mid-sized companies. You will manage complete sales cycles, forecast accurately, and build relationships with executives to grow our book of business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Able to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas professionally in person and over the phone.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership, resilience, and a 'never lose' mentality.
• Two+ years of quota‑carrying outside B2B sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP's suite of solutions to executives within a designated territory.
• Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to close and forecast your pipeline.
• Document and manage multiple sales cycles and guide implementations until customers are live.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to growth of the book of business.
