Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Major Accounts in Hawaii to sell human resources technology to mid‑market firms. You’ll manage full sales cycles, forecast pipelines, and present ADP’s 40+ products to executives in a designated territory of 50–999 employees.

You’ll spend most time in the field, documenting cycles, closing deals, and enjoying industry‑leading compensation, benefits, and incentive trips. ADP supports your goals with ongoing training and technology.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Build a network and capture new business with decision-makers and business owners.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and serve as trusted advisor.
