Job summary

Ci Siamo Boston, from Union Square Hospitality Group, is seeking a Maitre D’ to guide reservations, greet guests, and support service flow as we open in Commonwealth Pier. This pivotal role ensures a welcoming, efficient dining room that aligns with our Enlightened Hospitality standard.

You’ll collaborate with management, host team, and kitchen to seat guests, manage expectations, and elevate the guest experience. Prior guest-facing experience and strong English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a guest-facing restaurant role
• A passion for guest experience and hospitality
• English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Support Enlightened Hospitality culture consistently
• Create a welcoming environment; recognize VIP guests and regulars
• Quote accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
• Act as liaison between guests, management, service staff and kitchen
• Work with efficiency and urgency while staying composed
• Understand reservations strategies and SevenRooms operations
• Coordinate with management to optimize the book and boost covers
