Job summary

Wind River Hotel and Casino in Riverton, WY seeks a maintenance technician to perform repairs on facilities, equipment, and structures across sites. The role covers electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and more, with responsibilities for alarm systems and space configuration.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently on a team with minimal supervision.
• Must be flexible with shifts and days off, with overtime/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Must adhere to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Repair and treat structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets, and roofs.
• Troubleshoot and adjust locks on cabinets, closets, desks, door hinges, and clean plugged key slots.
• Report mechanical malfunctions for immediate action.
• Assist in moving and transporting furniture and equipment and set up/break down cubical partitions.
• Identify projects that need higher skilled individual services.
• Activate and deactivate building alarms and respond to alarm calls after and during regular hours.
• Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of work.

• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets, and roofs.
• Performing minor repairs, troubleshooting and adjustments of locks on cabinets, closets, desk, door hinges, and cleaning plugged key slots.
• Reporting mechanical malfunction for immediate action.
• Assisting in moving and transporting furniture and equipment. Setting up and breaking down cubical partitions, exercising discretions.
• Identify projects that need higher skilled individual services.
• Activation and deactivating building alarms and responding to alarm calls after and during regular hours.
• Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of work.

REQUIREMENTS

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This position is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time, to be able to move objects up to 100 pounds, to work in hazardous environments under all weather conditions. May be exposed to loud noise and hazards for significant periods of time.
• Ability to work above ground level such as on ladders and scaffolding.
